1. I (Karen Schoenung, Owner and Event Planner) will contact you by phone after I receive and review your Event Request form. At this time we will discuss your needs and our plannings services to meet your requests.

Pricing
Through My Party Places LLC, each event is customized to meet our clients goals and make the most of their budget. All event planning retainer agreements, deposits and payments are reviewed and agreed upon by all parties prior to services rendered.

My Party Places operates and offers per hourly contracted planning services and retainer packages.

2. As a client you will be given an assigned My Party Places Access Password. This password will give you website entry access to My Party Places venues listings and vendor referral resources (catering, entertainment, hotel, travel and more) that are found under “Client Login” on this site.

Benefits you receive from retaining My Party Places:

• time-saving access to pre-secured venues and referral event services offering personal, customized event-planning
• quick, expert and established, “In-The-Door Venue” coordination by Karen Schoenung
• access to locations and resources coordinators affiliated with My Party Places
• preferred booking arrangements offered only through My Party Places
• option to contract with Karen Schoenung, Owner of My Party Places, for: hourly consultation, partial event planning, full event planning and day-of coordination planning.

Corporate and Venue:

• My Party Places features a step-in event management service to assist a business, organization, or property with: events, hospitality and entertainment planning.
