1. I (Karen Schoenung, Event Planner) will contact you by phone after I receive and review your event request Event Request form to discuss your needs, and review pricing to retain my planning services.

This is an event planning and coordinating business, My Party Places LLC, that charges a contracted hourly rate for hire. All fees, deposits and payments are discussed and agreed upon by all parties prior to services rendered.

2. As part of the contracted planning agreement, you will be given an assigned My Party Places Access Password. This password will give you website entry access to the My Party Places venues listings and event planning resources listings (catering, entertainment, hotel, travel and more) that are found under “Client Login” on this site.

Benefits you receive from retaining My Party Places:

• time-saving access to pre-secured venues and referral event services offering personal, customized event-planning
• quick, expert and established, “In-The-Door Venue” coordination by Karen Schoenung
• access to locations and resources coordinators affiliated with My Party Places
• preferred booking arrangements offered only through My Party Places
• option to contract with Karen Schoenung, Owner of My Party Places, for event management services up to and on the day of the event

Corporate and Venue:

• My Party Places features a step-in event management service to assist a business or property with: event, hospitality and entertainment planning.
